SilverLeaf new home community is located in northwest St. Johns County. It is a sprawling master-planned development consisting of several neighborhoods in a wide range of sizes, price points, and styles for both individuals and families. Everything here is new and pristine making the value of living here a tangible experience everyday.
Imagine driving your golf cart around the neighborhoods to pick up a quick dinner at the nearby restaurants. Make your way past miles of lush green spaces, tall pine forests and sparkling blue lakes.
Other benefits to living in this community is the lowest property tax rate in the Northeast Florida region*—and remember the state of Florida does not have income tax!
Additionally, St. John’s has been ranked the healthiest county in Florida**, and the number one public school district in the state***.
SilverLeaf is located between the cities of Jacksonville (just north) and historic St. Augustine (just south), making it an easy commute to the airport, beaches, golfing, shopping and dining! There are future plans for the community to include a hospital and high school.
It is comprised of approximately 11,000 acres and 7 miles of roadway for St. Johns Parkway, and over 4,350 acres of pristine conservation land.
Soon we will have our very own SilverLeaf Commons Shopping Center which is slated to include Anytime Fitness and Foxtail Coffee.
Holly Forest and Waterford Lakes include stylish garage townhomes at accessible prices. These neighborhoods also offer wonderful amenities to include pools, playgrounds, a dog park and a gym.
SilverLeaf Village and Hartford Village are part of the “central hub” of the community and include over 650+ single family homes. The amenities shared by these HOAs feature a spectacular pool and splashpad center, tennis courts, dog park and amenities center.
Elm Creek at SilverLeaf includes single family residences. This enclave of homes is located at the southern most tip of the greater SilverLeaf development and has great access to County Road 16A and a proposed public high school (to be determined).
